Ralph takes our dialogue to places we have not been. He always cares that we take home something from the pathways he shows us. His process of getting all of us involved and participating is masterful, but more so his ability to make us produce something useful.

Most unusual was Ralph's willingness to take the time to understand our business. As a result, he was able to determine the tools that would most significantly improve our business. In our strategic planning session that we completed ourselves, we used the tools to ensure that each of our senior managers operate more effectively as leaders.
